Apples: Clean, Cool, dry

  • Choose firm apples without soft spots or stains.
  • Wash and dry them thoroughly, remove the stem and insert craft stick.
  • Chill prepared apples in the freezer while you melt the caramel.

Caramel: Not Too Hot
